“When I received there wasn't any damage to the packaging, however when I unpack it the lid of the BBQ
was dinted so it must have been packed with the damage, it's an expensive BBQ to have to put up with a dent from day one, it is too much trouble to return it and wait for a replacement so I will just have to live with it.”
“Excellent experience - ordered and delivered on a pallet within 2 days, full correspondence throughout. The BBQ is superb, heavyweight and excellent quality. Took a couple of hours to build but looks amazing and works very well. A small hint the ignite button needs a AAA battery, which is not explained in the instructions. Highly recommend!!”
