“I built the BBQ a couple of days ago and it seems very sturdy and looks very nice. Unfortunately the ignition system isn't working and one of the connector cables snapped very easily as I was double checking the connections. I've email customer services two days ago to request a new cable but no response yet. Not great customer service unfortunately.”
