“Good bbq but having trouble getting the first gas line to ignite. The hob and other lines work. A lack of hooks for utensils and cloths is an obvious shortfall and also the FREE TOOL SET didn't materialise (yet) although I have chased so hopefully that will be resolved. Good solid unit, I like that the grills are small enough to clean individually. looks good and was happy the first time I used it.”
“This is the worst company I've ever dealt with online. Bbq ordered....encouraging emails about despatch- very prompt..8 days later nothing so I contacted them.....'oh...we don't seem to have tracking information ....well call you back'.....nothing- just an email with 'tracking' ....which isn't live. 12 days later I called again.....oh....it seems your bbq wasn't despatched until your call'
15 days later bbq arrived.....£75 delivery.....no gas pipe and regulator even though it said its included.
Shocking company- pay a little more and use a proper company!”
