“Assembly of Char-Broil 3400 took 3 hrs by 1 person, considering the size and quality of machine this was expected. Instruction were diagrams with not much written but when understood it is quite simply. Putting each part together was straight forward, only needing another person when placing main part on top.
Looks a stunning piece of kit, had 1st bbq yesterday, read and followed steps advised and meat, chicken and lamb was delicious, very moist and cooked evenly, great flavour too.
Cleaning is very simple, follow instructions in Grilling Guide book supplied with it & great results leaving it ready for next bbq.

“The BBQ took me about 4 hours to assemble, not the 1 hour suggested, and the instructions are not very clear or detailed. It's a substantial unit, steady on its feet, but easy to, move around on the casters. Used a few times and getting used to the infra red cooking, which seems to work really well, with a seared outside and tender inside. Well worth the purchase.”
