“I have owned the same size weber kettle BBQ for several years until it finally expired, so no hesitation in buying another. They have addressed some of the weaknesses in the older model, by removing the overly complex and fiddly ash collection and airflow system from underneath and replacing it with a simple tray. Criticism is limited to the amount of assembly required (pretty much every component, nothing is sub-assembled), which if you are not confident is such things is definitely not helped by the diagramatic instructions. Also the instructions for use, whilst helpful, are a small part of a large multi-lingual booklet - too much wasted paper.”

Glad to see that this one does not have the same arrangement, although Weber do still make models with it so beware! This one looks decent quality and should last for years. It comes as a kit of parts which have to be assembled and some people may struggle to follow the pictorial instructions, which are pretty poor. That said, it’s not that hard to figure out without the instructions.”

“This BBQ is great. I've only used it a few times, so far so good. I've had to scrap cheap BBQ's every couple of years, so decided to buy a Webber and hopefully it will last.”
