“Used the BBQ for the first time at the weekend. Supports three cooking methods; direct, indirect and roasting. Not over engineered, so your not paying for feature you don’t need.
We cooked vegetables, chicken kebabs and steak. Also, roasted some marinated meat in foil with the lid on.
Really impressed with the results. Only down side is that you cannot raise or lower the charcoal to reduce the heat. You can get around this by pushing the coals to one side and cook indirectly or just keep things warm.
Overall, for a small BBQ it does what it needs to do well. Ideal for small gatherings or for taking on camping trips or picnics.
