“Mostly fine, easy to assemble. However, there is a failed soder/weld on one of the bars of the charcoal rack so that the end of the bar is not attached to the edge of the rack. Not enough to return the whole thing, but it makes you wonder how secure the rest is.”
“Was a trifle concerned by some negative comments about enamel chipping during assembly. I thought this unlikely to be common on a Weber product so took them with a pinch of salt. I found no problems when I assembled mine. Quality is what I would expect from a Weber, with very robust parts. Grills were particularly heavy duty. Minor gripe with the design of the handle/ lid retainer which is fitted on a single nut and bolt. This theoretically allows it to swivel out of position, but so far this has not happened. Two fixing points would make a more reassuring design.”
