I did receive a faulty fitting door however Ooni online customer chat was exceptional and sent out a replacement door, which was received within a couple of days. The versatility and the ease of use, is what really stands out with this oven. I couldn’t recommend more.”

In simple terms, it makes the best pizza I have eaten which has been made with my ingredients so I know exactly what's in it.
