“The Koda 16 is fantastic to bake on. I had the ooni 3 before which was great, though my focus was on the fire and keeping it stable. The gas option allows you to have more time and focus on the pizza its self, so I have found that you get a better looking and tasty pizza. The extra space is the game changer, it takes away any stress in the baking process you are 100% in control. Paired with the turning peel, the baking process is good fun turning inside the oven without the need to take it out.
In terms of things to consider, this does not come with a peel in the box. Therefore you will need to buy one/more. A wooden peel and turning peel is working really well for me. The oven is larger than expected from looking at the images online (in a good way). Therefore, plan where it is going to go.
Overall - I would recommend this oven and do spend the extra on the 16 if you can!”
