This BBQ rub says, “I was born in the south, but moved to Texas when I was 13!!” This rub is an offshoot of Meat Church’s popular ‘Honey Hog ‘ rub, but with Jalapeño added. This sweetheat rub is excellent on pork ribs, pulled pork, poultry and fish. Combine it with ‘Honey Hog’ and you have a lethal combo for ribs that is making waves all over the competition circuit. It’s also fantastic on chicken wings and cooks down so it is not as hot as when eaten plain. MSG Free. Saw this used on the You tube channel so I reckoned it was worth a try, if you haven't yeast used on ribs or pork steaks you are missing out, forget the hot moniker as it's really not, my wife's a wimp with spice and she loves this

Is what is says and has become my go to for a lot of things. Works well on pork which is pretty obvious but also gets there when used with chicken or fish as well. Dont be fooled by the hot as it seriously isnt that.
