“Phoned BBQ land and was answered by a (very helpful) person, not the all -too-common answering machine used by far too many businesses. At least someone is not 'working' from home. Keen prices and very rapid delivery - great service. If the cooking and smoking results are half as good as service so far, I shall be a very happy bunny.”
“This is my first smoker so I’m a newbe to this. I’ve used it everyday for a week bbq and smoker both excellent easy to use well worth the money. For the bbq the flip and grate is a must it makes it so easy to cook anything. My only criticism is it could do with another hole for probes on each level and the thermometer on mine is 27 degrees out but that can be calibrated,if you use probes it’s not an issue. Would easily recommend this as it can do everything like the blog says.”
