“Our Outback BBQ arrived well packaged and promptly. We needed a BBQ urgently as our old one had broken and we had a surprise anniversary party at the weekend. I emailed to ask if they could deliver within 24 hours. I was assured we would receive it at the latest on Saturday. We ordered on Thursday morning. The BBQ arrived on Friday afternoon well packaged and all the parts needed were there.

“Excellent bbq, reassuringly heavy and well manufactured. Took a couple of hours to assemble. The grill is solid, retains heat very well and everything cooked on it so far has been very nice. Only gripe is the fat collection tray - this is removed from the rear of the bbq which means the bbq has to be moved each time you want to remove it and clean it.”
“Very good quality, well packed. Lots of parts but only took about 1 1/2 Hr after I got all the parts out of the 2 boxes. Impressed with the quality. Gets up to temperature quick and cooks really well. Not tried the charcoal option yet but i love the idea of it being a hybrid bbq that does both gas and charcoal.”
“From ordering to free delivery in 2 days, the BBQ arrived in perfect condition on a pallet. Took the hubby approximately 3 hours to assembly and we used it that day. Could cook for 20 people easily, just wish we had ordered the cover for it at the same time”
