“The two probes that came with Thermo-Lith have worked fantastically and give the confidence for long slow cooks.
As the Thermo-Lith unit will take up to 6 probes at once I decided to get another two. Not sure yet whether I'll ever find the need to use 6 at one time, but who knows .... never say never.
