“The smokehouse is really great. It's the cheapest I've found and I wasn't expecting much, but it does what it needs to. I smoke at temperatures of 40-100 degrees, so I had to replace the thermometer with a more accurate one that has a scale of up to 120 degrees, the original one is up to 350 degrees but is scaled every 50 degrees so it's not very accurate. I also bought heat-resistant door seals. I really recommend it.”

“I've used it twice and seems fine. I did have an issue with the thermometer on the smoker and one of the legs. However, it was promptly sorted by the guys at BBQ land. The smoker is fine. But the BBQland service was excellent.”
“I would of given it 5 stars if it had smoke seals on the doors but they don't, it leaks smoke like a sieve, and if smoke comes out so does heat, so I bought some self adhesive smoke strips and put them on and has make I big difference ,
I have also put a cast iron frying pan on top of the smoke tray and now my wood smokes and doesn't catch fire.
It's good you cook with a water tray it keeps your meat most, after cooking rap your meet up for and hour it makes all the difference,
I bought the cover for it as well which is a good fit”
“After receiving an email telling me about my order , the link on said email was directing me to the wrong delivery company ie DHD instead of DHL . This meant I had no knowledge of when my delivery was coming .
When I called BBQ land to ask for help , I was told I was wrong about the link and that there was nothing they could do …
In fact they hung up on me !!!
After several attempts I found who was delivering the order and when . Only for the driver to turn up earlier then stated and he left no calling card ….
So back to square one …
Rang bbqland to ask for help… no answer ..!!
Had to take the following day off work to wait in for delivery as I had no other choice…
