Cooking is very easy, well worth the 2+ hours needed to assembly the bbq.
Bought the rotisserie kit for the grill, great extra if you like to cook whole chickens.”
“It came on time and well straped to a pallet. I am very happy with the Masterbuilt 800, I was looking at a few other brands but this had better reviews. I have started the burn in on the bbq and smoker side just the grill to do, then start to season the cast iron parts ready for use. It is well built and does what it is built for. I would recomend this to anyone thinking about getting a bbq come smoker with a grill added in as well.”
“Have used it a few times and am very happy. I struggled starting it up once but I think that was me rather than the grill. Really easy to use and works well. Iv smoked an 8 hour pork shoulder and done chicken thighs and smash burgers on the griddle. Easy to get wood smoke into the food by adding chunks to hopper with charcoal. Much better smoke flavour than on my masterbuilt electric smoker. Connecting the grill to WiFi was easy and using the app to control tje cook is really useful.”

“So far enjoying using the BBQ, quick and easy to get going but does consume a lot of coal. Build quality is excellent once you have it together. When opening mine up I discovered quite a lot of mould on some of the pieces and inside the box, I cleaned it off because I needed to use the BBQ but was not impressed, I guess these are not stored very well or have been in the boxes a very long time”
