“Again as per my review of the Applewood chunks, simply not enough of it to cook and serious quantity of meat, my fault I must stress as it clearly states 15kg, but to cook a decent size brisket I'd need 2 or 3 of these bags making it very expensive. What there is is without doubt great quality (like all Kamodo products) but I need to source bigger quantities”
