“Had this for a week now and think I have the hang of it !! School boy error for first outing - used the temperatures in the recipe book for a Turkey Drumstick, and wondered why was using so many pellets, and skin was black rather than nicely crispy !! Book is in Fahrenheit grill setup for Centigrade - by time I had worked it out the meat was cooked - left it to rest and it tasted great. Problem with connecting grill to my phone using Android 7, but connected to tablet fine, so issue is not with the grill - GMG support helping to resolve. Have a brisket on grill while I type this - and its looking and smelling great - just another few hours to wait ....”
