“Had the BBQ for a couple of months now. After assebling (which is a major job even for a skilled DIYer) the center panel was missing. The feet had been opened in the packs and looked used. I contacted BBQ Land to notify of the missing part and Richard's customer service was rubbish....and the being generous. Very unhelpful and dismisive even though I had just spent best part of £2k with them. Buy elsewhere if you want any sort of customer service. BBQ itself is OK but having used charcoal as it's advertised as a hybrid, the BBQ gets too hot and has actually buckled slightly....and with no grill height adjustment, renders the charcoal use pretty useless. Back of the grills get much hotter than the front so have to contantly juggle food around for even cooking. Better off with a cheaper charcoal BBQ if you want to use charcoal or a cheaper gas one. I'm a 60 year old Greek and have been BBQing most of my life, not just Greek food but all cusines so do know what I'm talking about!!”

“No doubt this is a quality BBQ, solid as a rock and very well made. It has lots of features which I've not yet had the chance to try out but if the build quality is anything to go by they should be good. It's more expensive than any bbqs I've had in the past but is the best I've had by a long way......roll on summer.”
