Fancy upping your Pizza Game? Or wondering what the pizza trend is all about? Need some help and advice on pizza making? This class would be ideal for you. Duration: 4 -5 hours Various Dates Available Hands-On: You will be making 2 types of dough from scratch and preparing pizzas and cooking them on the latest home pizza ovens from Ooni and Gozney Maximum 8 persons Come along to our Hands-On Pizza Making Masterclass, where you will; Make 2 batches of fresh dough from scratch - we'll show you how to make both Italian Thin & Crispy and Neapolitan dough. You'll leave this dough to rest for a couple of hours, and then we'll show you how to ball it, ready for you to take home, prove it and use it or freeze it We'll teach you how to make a batch of dough by hand, and another batch using the new Ooni Halo Pro mixer We'll have some freshly proved Italian and Neapolitan dough for you to then make some pizzas, and we'll show you how to stretch the dough without tearing it, and make 3 -4 pizzas each - you can eat these or take them home with you (we'll provide takeaway boxes) Learn how to prevent your dough sticking to the pizza peel, and plenty of other top pizza tips! Get inspired by new recipes and ideas from our pizza expert Cook your Pizzas in your choice of ovens, listed below - try as many different ovens as you like! Ask our pizza expert for any pizza advice You'll share a work bench with one other attendee, and first of all we'll give you all the ingredients and equipment to prepare a batch of dough from scratch, and we'll show you how to prepare this either in a mixer or by hand, whichever you prefer. This dough will need to prove before being cooked, so you will portion it up and take this home with you in the takeaway containers that we'll provide. You can freeze this dough at home if you wish, or prove it in your fridge at home, and use it sooner! Then we'll supply you with some ready-proven doughballs, and we'll show you how to prepare your pizza base into a good circular shape, and how to top it - we'll supply sauce, mozzarella and a range of different toppings for you to try. You'll have enough dough to make at least 3 pizzas that you can eat or take home with you! And then you can choose your oven of choice from those below, and cook your creations; Gozney Dome fired with Wood Gozney Dome fired with Gas Ooni Koda 16 Ooni Koda 12 Gozney Roccbox fired with Gas Ooni Karu 16 fired with Wood We'll show you dough making techniques, how to prepare your dough, prove it, stretch it and shape it to create your pizzas. And you can eat your creations of course! Or share with others! Or take your pizza home with you - takeaway boxes will be provided. Free Refreshments will be provided throughout the Class, which runs for 4-5 hours. All attendees must be aged at least 16 years of age. Nobody under the age of 16 is permitted in the demonstration / cooking area.
