This 2 hour session is for those who may be thinking about buying a Kamado Ceramic BBQ, or have recently bought a Kamado, or those of you who are just intrigued as to how a Kamado works and what you can cook on one, in a quick 2-hour session, with a Q&A session with one of our Kamado experts too. We will show you the internal parts of a Kamado, how to light one, how you control the temperature, show you how to cook a range of tasty food, and answer all your Kamado questions such as; Can I grill burgers, sausages and chicken? Can I do low and slow cooking on a Kamado? How do I control the cooking temperature? How much does it cost to run per hour? What about cleaning and maintaining a Kamado? We'll cook up various dishes which you can taste, showing you how to do some BBQ staples such as Chicken Wings, Steaks, Garlic Bread, Smash Burgers, + a dessert of some nature. Yes, you can even cook desserts on a Kamado BBQ! We will show you, and cook on, various brands of kamado, including Kamado Joe and The B*stard, across the range from an entry level Junior to a top of the range grill. You'll get to eat all the food, and we'll provide free refreshments. This is a 2 hour long session - Various dates available - see the Dates options to see what's available right now. The class will be held in our undercover purpose built BBQ demo area at BBQ Land HQ just outside of Hitchin, Hertfordshire SG4 7HD, so come rain or shine you'll be sure to have a cracking time at this event.
