Char-griller do make a cordierite heat deflector plate, the Smokin' Stone, for this grill, which enables you to cook indirectly and smoke. We also have a cheaper alternative stone that you can use instead, the Campingaz Modular Pizza Stone, which is a perfect fit and sits on each of the three internal supports, doing just the same job, and will enable you to use this grill as an oven or smoker, as well as a regular grill.
