“I've only just purchased this so cannot give a view on this griller's durability, but I am impressed by the build quality. This Outlaw version is just the right size for us. I bought this because I like to braai (yes, that's a word) on direct coals but also want to use indirect cooking for poultry and other larger joints. So instead of a Weber and a traditional bbq, I have a two in one now. In future, I can also buy the optional firebox for smoking meat Texas style. It was fairly easy to assemble although my instruction booklet seemed to be for an older model. Everything lined up, nothing was damaged and I managed to assemble it on my own. I'm now going through the process of seasoning the unit so that it will last as long as possible. Now just waiting gor those long summer days to roll along.”
