“I've used the Broiler twice since purchasing. So far so good!
Unfortunately the Broiler was supplied with an incorrect leg, making it impossible for the second shelf to be fitted.
This was reported to sales dept 48 hours ago but I have yet to receive a response.
There was also a clip missing for the adjustable coal trays but this was simple to find a replacement for.
I would have rated the Broiler 5 stars if it had been supplied correctly or customer service had responded!”
“I was tempted to go with a Gas Barbecue this time, but the Landmann looked good and easy to maintain. My son and I put it together in a few hours and looks great professional barbecue. Using it is easy, and the height adjustable trays is a life saver when your coals are at peak heat. Grates are easy to clean and I have learnt to clean them whilst the grates are still hot. Cleaning the barbecue is pretty simple too and take 5 mins to get the ash out and give it a good clean. We've been using it weekly since we got it and is the best charcoal barbecue I have had so far. The service from BBQ Land was really good and informative. Gave me lots of advice and guidance as I was looking at a smaller version of the landmann at first, then decided on this one.”
