“This review is regarding the excellent service I received from Bathtime. I ordered the Tavistock Siren Basin mixer tap after my current one started to leak. After some research it would appear the cartridge had worn out. I couldn't find anything about getting a new cartridge, I only found that the tap had been discontinued. However, it was shown available on Bathtime Uk website and so I ordered it. A couple of days later had a phone call informing me the item was no longer in stock and it had been discontinued. I was so disappointed. However, the gentleman I spoke to said he would make some enquiries for me about getting a new cartridge. He rang me back and informed me I can actually buy the cartridge from Tavistock and he provided me with the part number. I didn't buy it direct from Tavistock as you buy their products via other stores. I ordered my new part (for a fraction of the cost of a new tap that was similar to my current one) and as a result have not had to spend a lot of money replacing the tap. I am very grateful for the service and help this gentleman from Bathtime Uk gave me and I would definitely recommend them as a company. Thank you.”
