“Having had Keuco items in the past I was reasonably confident in ordering this towel rail .
Graham was extremely helpful in answering my queries and excellent at communicating promptly.
The towel rail is expensive but you only have to compare with cheaper items to realise it is a quality sturdy item .
If it lasts as long as my previous purchases of shower soap dish , bottle holder and robe hook I’ll be happy .
Husband said it was a bit tricky to fix to the wall , needed to be very precise measuring and he had to use shorter screws to fix as unable to drill deep enough on our wall . The screws supplied were very long .
The item instructions stated how to install “ grab bar” with weight restrictions and we felt the item could also be used as a grab bar ( hence the long sturdy screws )
It is definitely a towel rail I checked the code number.
I’ve been assured by husband that it’s now fixed well.
I estimate it will hold about 3 rolled up fluffy hand towels .
Not yet used as prior holes from raw plugs from old rack need to be sanded and painted .
It looks very neat , shiny and modern .
