“I bought quite a lot of fixtures and fittings from Bathroom Mountain as part of a recent extension. A handle on my shower broke. The customer services team addressed my issue quickly and arranged for a replacemnent. The replacement arrived and it was the wrong one. It was my fault as I had confused the various orders but the team quickly solved the problem and sent the correct one out without me having to pay a new deliverey charge. Very happy - thanks”
