“Buying on line was very easy and straightforward. My only concern was the arrival of the goods. Heavy radiator and towel rail in quite a flimsy box. TNT who delivered have noted how flimsy the box was for such a heavy item. Consequently the box was badly torn in transit My only hope is the item is OK when my plumber comes to fit when my bathroom is complete.”
