delayed fitting by 2 days due to damaged items being delivered in spite of the driver taking pitures of the items damaged at the depot

Was told when ordered they did not deliver and we could collect from the store when we were ready to fit, went to the store, no panels had been reserved. They ordered panels for delivery. Of the 5 panels delivered 4 were damaged. 2 were usable as it was just the end of them. Had to delay fitting until new order arrived 2 days later. Broken toilet seat was replaced with the wrong one so had to wait a further 2 days for delivery. It started out well but they failed miserably, and my bathroom is still not finished as the fitter ran out of time due to the panels not being reserved in store. Really not happy with the whole experience. Going to cost me a burger 2 days labour for the fitter due to their incompetence.
