I ordered the pipes with the towel rail, paid for delivery both to arriving at same time, but they didn't, pipes sent out separately arrived too LATE to be fitted, used rings not pipes

The first vanity unit I ordered had a scratch to the carcass and minor blemishes which weren't noticed when it arrived. The unit was replaced and the second vanity unit had a chip to one of the doors. I therefore swapped the damaged door with an undamaged one from the first vanity unit, which luckily I had not yet disposed of
