“1- Toilet pan 4" outlet center height found to be 175mm from floor despite 180mm in the purchase details! this caused me to put 5mm filler under the pan to raise it.
2- Toilet seat is too narrow when seat on it has small surface area to spread the weight.
3- the flush button is too hard to push in.
Not happy!!”
