“The poly marble granite top looks artificial. There is too much marbling pattern and I was expecting more white. Also, there are no holes cut for taps, I now have the problem of sourcing someone to cut the top and an additional cost will be incurred. Also this is an additional delay to installation. Not happy.”
I am very sorry to see that you are not very happy with the poly marble top. As these are polymarble the marbling can vary on every batch. These don't come with pre-drilled holes in order for them to be universal as we don't know whether you would like to have top-mounted taps or wall mounted taps.
