“Unit looks really good and the quality of finish is better than products from other more expensive suppliers (for example, the wood-effect veneer is used for the interior and shelves, not just the visible parts).
Ordering was also very straightforward and delivery very quick, with parts well packaged and in manageable sizes. Very easy to put together and install. Bathroom Mountain's customer service on the phone has been excellent - friendly and supportive both in answering questions prior to purchase and in dealing with an issue afterwards (see below).
Only two slight downsides are that the toilet seat wasn't great quality and has been replaced, and the toilet flush isn't very powerful. I realise it's a smaller cistern for environmental and water-saving reasons, but because it often takes 3 or 4 flushes instead of just 1 (even just for a few pieces of toilet paper), it's actually less economical and more wasteful in terms of water usage. The lady I spoke to about this issue was very helpful and has recommended that I contact the technical team to ascertain if there is a fault, which I will do this week. Generally though, a great purchase and I would certainly buy from Bathroom Mountain again. Thank you!”
