Hi Albert, I am sorry to see your feedback. I can see from our records we explained the different flushing technique used by rimless toilets as opposed to conventional toilets. When reviewing the video supplied to us our technical team could not find a fault with the product based on the evidence provided. Nevertheless we appreciate your comments and we can discuss the matter with our suppliers to see if the product can be improved. Nelson
