“Good communication. Product arrived before the time frame I expected and am happy with the product. The design is more user friendly than many toilet pans. I have fitted five this week
and the designs from Victoria Plumbing are poorer quality and require the coupling of the cistern and pan as you cannot access the mains connector or pan bolts once offered to the wall so heartily recommend this product for a straight forward fit with better glazing and easier fit.”
