“The toilet & seat are fine. However the cistern is useless. It won't flush a piece of toilet paper, never mind anything else. Absolute rubbish, I bought a Geberit & had it replaced.”

I am very sorry you are unhappy with the quality of the cistern purchased. I would have been happy to investigate this, and issued a replacement where necessary. However, I appreciate you have now purchased one elsewhere to complete your installation. On this basis, I am happy to refund the cost of the cistern purchased from the order.
