It was easy to place my order and I was able to choose a specific delivery date to suit my needs. I love the new toilet and it is exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, I was not able to exchange the push button on the system from a round to a square one so I had to buy another cistern elsewhere but I was advised that I could return the original cistern, which I have now done. Very happy with my experience.”
