“The pan and cistern are of acceptable quality, but the casting of them is not great,
the pan would not sit flush on the floor it had dips and bulges all around.
the cistern would not pull up tight to the pan with shitty plastic bolts, there was a gap between the cistern and pan and the shape alignment between the two was not good. the cistern lid does not sit flush against the back wall as its casting is poor and was all bumpy.
Delivery was also shocking and poor service. I dont and wont use these anymore.”
“Had problems ordering it on line as the site wouldn't accept the payment, eventually paid by phone.
One thing we have thought about, when the seat 'might' work loose, the toilet would have to be dismantled to tighten it up.
Looks good, no pipes on show and clean lines.”
