“The toilet is very good. The service is not! We initially had to wait two days longer than delivery because there was a delay. The toilet eventually arrived without the cistern. I rang and was told a new one would be sent out. Five days later it transpired that a new one had not even been ordered! Apparently the first one arrived damaged and no one bothered to tell us or order us a replacement. We eventually had a working toilet two weeks after the original delivery date. Really poor service! I shall not use this company again.”
“Value for money, fast filling and comfy to sit on. Only downside was that the first one sent arrived smashed around the wastepipe, but the second was fine. Thankfully we bought with plenty of time before installation so there was no issue about having to wait for a replacement.”
