“I was greeted by Stephen who then referred me to Martin initially and I went for the tiles due to the panels not being available. My delivery slot was missed and delayed work no fault of the team but the courier service had an issue! So I go back and Asim dealt with me found the panels made sure they were in stock and ordered them! Also said send the original tile delivery back and we will hold it for you till the panels come and you’re happy with them! I got a full refund of the tiles! Martin and Asim are both brilliant really looked after me and got me what I wanted! It was a pleasure to bring my custom to you and it won’t be the last time!
Thanks”
