“I ordered adhesives for the amount of £126 and it was never delivered. I spoke to five different people on the phone who could not solve the problem. I am still waiting for a refund as the adhesive has not been delivered (apparently an error with their system). There was no compensation despite having to pay my plumber to cover his lost of earning. An email was sent to them and they could not locate it either. Overall, it was a very poor service. Avoid this company!”
