“I recently received this as part of a vanity set and upon installing I damaged the original item. I contacted Bathroom Mountain to order just the said item and the representative was very helpful. The quote was issued and I ordered the replacement which arrived in good time for the work to be completed. One minor niggle, it was agreed that the transport charge would be waived. however when switching from quote to order this was lost in the system. I will probably be told there is a particular way of doing this process, but I do feel the good professionalism established is then tarnished by this aspect.”
