“The front panel of this unit was clearly bowed and should have easily have been noticed when passing through quality control, instead it caused us as a company to lose valuable time and money ordering a new one, which we had to pay for in full before the faulty one could be returned, this company can’t seem to manage organising a courier that can deliver a product while removing/returning one from the same address.”
