I treated myself to a ‘Margot LED illuminated bathroom cabinet’ which arrived with a damaged internal door mirror - which must have been factory packed this way.
There was no external damage to the box. The courier was careful when he delivered it. The cabinet was well packaged inside the box. The damaged mirror was only visible once the door was opened. I was absolutely gutted!
On Christmas Eve Harmain, at Customer services, was very helpful reviewing my photos and arranging for a replacement cabinet to be delivered.
I am waiting for this to arrive, only delayed due to the bank holidays. Great company to deal with I would highly recommend.”
