“My first order (delivered by DPD) arrived one day late, smashed and broken. This was the couriers fault as it hadn't been handled with care. It had been tipped up, rolled and pushed along the road by the driver (this was a heavy 35kg box for a two person upright delivery) DPD left it at my garden gate. I took photos and sent them to Bathroom Mountain who replied the following morning. They were very apologetic and instructed another cabinet to be delivered by another courier. The second cabinet arrived safely and promptly by two very helpful men. The delivery company, AIT, handled the cabinet much more carefully and professionally. We haven't installed it as yet because we are still working on the bathroom walls. Maybe I'll do an update once it is installed and fitted!
