“Contacted Bathroom Mountain, Basildon and spoke to a couple of gentlemen over a few days as I needed more information about this mirror. They went out of their way to answer all my questions. I was originally planning to visit the showroom, but thanks to how helpful they were, there was no need.
Lovely mirror — great shape and size, with an excellent choice of light colour and brightness options.
Just a couple of small niggles. When you turn the light on, the heating pad comes on automatically. That said, you can turn the heating pad on without the light, which is a plus (some mirrors don’t allow this).
It would also have been nice if, when turning the lights off, the LED didn’t stay bright white — dimmed or blue would have been better. Similarly, it might have been a nice touch if the heating pad indicator went red, and the Bluetooth blue. That may just be me being fussy or a bit of a perfectionist!
Overall though, I’m still very happy”
