“The quality of the mirror and it's functions are fine. The reason for a lower rating is the Bluetooth speaker. It anounces CONNECTED when a device links to the Bluetooth. This is so loud it wakes the house. Once connected you adjust volume from your device which is fine.
I was told by customer service the announcement volume cannot be changed. This is a manufacturing issue.”
