“An excellent product when arrived and customer service was great, my only complaint was the couriers . I booked for my day off work and they changed it on the morning of delivery and then even though they said I could change it again on my new morning of delivery. I was not given that option. I was at work and had to chance it and have it left at front of my house. Not good with an expensive item.
The customer services were great, trying to sort out my dilemma. But as my next day off would have been a week later the item would have been sent back to the warehouse. ( hence why I risked it being left)”
“I was so delighted with my Grace Battery Mirror that I ordered another one ! I now have one in the main bathroom and one in the en-suite. They look fantastic - really high end but for a great price. It’s so hard to find battery operated mirrors and I’m just over the moon with them. The different lighting settings are easy to change and they really enhance the mood and the look of the bathroom. Both mirrors were well packed and delivered quickly by professional carriers. They were easy to put up. I am 100% satisfied and the quality is exceptional. Highly recommended.”
