“Very good quality Ordered in store and was delivered the next day. The staff were so friendly and helpful and although we only bought a mirror we felt valued. We are refitting our main bathroom soon and will definitely be buying all the furniture and shower etc from the local depot in Plymouth. The customer service is far superior to any other store we have visited. Thankyou”
“I wanted a mirror that was battery powered, went into the shop, advised to get rechargeable batteries for the mirror.
So I bought the mirror and £60 worth of batteries/ charger, which had to be charged and now none refundable.
Turns out you don’t sell mirrors that are compatible with rechargeable batteries.
I had to return the mirror and had zero support or reimbursement of my cost due to your staff…. Terrible. I was dismissed in store.
I’ve made sure I have told everyone I know to stay well clear of this company and will continue to do so in future”
