“The mirror seems fine and we've not finished fitting it yet (may update) but the instructions are incredibly poor. They actually don't make any sense and on ringing Bathroom Mountain, the person said that they didn't have a technical person in and to "follow the manual", which is impossible as it tells you essentially to mark the drilling holes in the centre for two corner brackets. Imagine if you were reading these instructions very literally, you would end up with drill holes you couldn't use! For the price, I would expect instructions that make sense and perhaps customer support that actually helped. For example, an offer of a call back by someone who knows what they're doing. We're going to just do the logical thing and ignore the manual as we have DIY experience but beware if you are a novice.”
