“The mirror is really nice quality with 3 light settings and has finished my new bathroom off perfectly. I originally purchased the wrong size and the palava to return it has been really off putting. Unfortunately I couldn’t take the item back to the place I got it from, you have to use a courier and pay for the return yourself. Bathroom Mountain Customer Service were pretty unhelpful and if you Google how to return things you are directed to a couple of companies who want to charge a fortune, in my case almost half the price of the mirror again just to return it. I used UPS whose prices were very reasonable. It’s a shame as I spent a bit of money on various items, the quality is good and they look great in my new bathroom plus everything I ordered turned up well packaged and all within 24hours of ordering, all positive until this refund experience which mars the experience for me.”
